Quick-Start Terminal Checklist

1. Account Login & Biometrics Setup

How to log in for the first time, setup two-factor authentication (2FA), and enable fingerprint/FaceID biometrics.

1Enter your Wiqaya Trading User ID and initial PIN sent via registered SMS/Email.

2You will be prompted to set up a new secure 6-digit trading PIN.

3Enable FaceID/TouchID in app settings for 1-tap secure subsequent logins.

2. Exploring the Shariah Market Watchlist

Navigating pre-screened KMI-30 and PSX All Islamic index constituents.

1Open the 'Watchlist' tab to view real-time halal ticker feeds.

2Use the search bar to filter compliant tickers (non-compliant symbols are automatically flagged and disabled).

3Tap any stock to view 5-level market depth, buyer/seller bids, and volume charts.

3. Placing Halal Orders (Buy & Sell)

Understanding Market Orders, Limit Orders, and Cash Settled transactions.

1Select 'Buy' or 'Sell' on the desired company profile.

2Choose 'Limit Order' (specify price) or 'Market Order' (execute at best prevailing rate).

3Enter the quantity of shares (lot size) and confirm with your trading PIN.

4Verify order execution status under the 'Order Book' tab.

4. Portfolio & Ledger Reports

Real-time tracking of portfolio valuation, custody shares, and cash balance.

1Access 'Portfolio' to see current holdings, profit/loss, and average buying costs.

2Download your financial ledger statement for any selected date range.

3View CDC sub-account shares reconciliation directly inside the portal.
